Children and young people in need of support should receive it. As effectively as possible. That is the goal of Eleven. How does it work? Through strong organizations and programs and through targeted support for children and young people – and their caregivers. With mentoring and other forms of sustainable relationship work.

Our mission
Children and young people in Germany should have the same opportunities in life, regardless of their origin and social background. All children, young people and families who need support to participate in education and society should receive it.

Social organizations with a sound approach to solving a social problem, a clearly defined target group that is demonstrably being reached, and effective programs that are as cost-efficient as possible, should be able to make a relevant contribution to equal opportunities.

This is what we are committed to.

Our approach
Eleven has formed a community with 11 child and youth development organizations. Their offerings complement each other along the entire educational chain. Eleven supports and funds these organizations so that they continue to increase their reach and effectiveness.

Eleven accompanies "its" organizations with financial support, training, consulting and networking. Always needs-based and individually. Always with a view to the joint target group: children, young people and their families.

Our main topics
Eleven's work revolves around four topics that Eleven believes to be central for the successful support of children and youth:

  • Equality
  • Mentoring
  • Scaling
  • Effectiveness

Our background
Eleven is a non-profit association for the promotion of children and young people, based in Munich, Germany. Eleven emerged from the former Benckiser Stiftung Zukunft (a non-profit foundation) and is sponsored by the Reimann family.
